So far so good. The online ability to rent a unit here is very easy and they also have the ability to text message you. As soon as I completed my rental of the unit I received a call from ESS and the woman was very friendly. When I arrived at the gate I was greeted by the employees, they showed me the storage, explained the lock and unlocking, and also stayed to answer any of my questions. Everything went perfectly. I will update this review in a few months.

Have you talked to the manager as to why they have a lock on your unit. From my experience they only do this if you are in rears of your rent are you paid up in full. I'm sure it is a issues that can be handled through communication with manager
