The last two deliveries of salt were delivered to my neighbor and when I had my reverse osmosis cleaned the technician forgot to turn the water on. Other than that, great business!

What happened to this place? Suddenly appears very rundown and almost all their outside machines are out of order; the only one working wouldn't recognize my card. This place has always had issues in the past with their machines outside but it appears to have gotten worse, and now they are limiting 10 gallons per customer?

I was shopping for a water company. They signed me up for an appointment for tomorrow. I received a phone call today saying that they would not be taking new customers. I asked the girl, the service rep if there was any other companies I could call. She was very rude. She was very unhelpful. She even hung up on me. I called back. And I received her entitled personality. Please be careful when you choose companies. companies to be helpful and courteous. I guess I’m glad I found out about the terrible customer service before I accepted business from them. Very disheartened .

Very good water price and quality. We are going for almost three years and very happy with water Kiosk. But, I had a bad experience on Memorial Day. I insert $5 and machine was out of return coins. I think, Ventura Water Store should plan about it and so many customers loose their money. Hopefully, Owner will took care of it. (Just small one bad experience, remaining are good. :) )

Yes we have distilled water. It has been a rough past few weeks keeping the distillers up an running. As of Tuesday, the main distiller is up and running, and now one of the back up units is also on line. I want to apologize for any inconvenience. Sometimes routine maintenence goes wrong, and the back up plans seem to flow down the drain at the same time. Dan (I'm the guy responsible for that issue)
Yep
Yes Janet, we do have a purified water inside also that meets the criteria. The standard "purified" means that the water has less than 10 ppm (parts per million) of TDS (total dissolved solids). The distilled drinking water averages 1TDS, and the reverse osmosis averages about 12ppm, which is extremely close. I could drop that to less than 10ppm, but it would use more water in the process. With the water shortage, I do not feel it is worth the benefit gained . So that you have a comparison, local tap water has a TDS of around 300 on the Avenue, to 800 in the Wells Rd area. I personally would use either water for "purified" use. But for drinking water, the distilled is my favorite. I hope this helps. Dan (The owner/ CEO/ President and Lead Bottle Washer.)
We have an industrial machine that uses a blend of chemicals (pyrine & bleach) with 140° temperature water at high pressure for the final rinse.
