Yes we have distilled water. It has been a rough past few weeks keeping the distillers up an running. As of Tuesday, the main distiller is up and running, and now one of the back up units is also on line. I want to apologize for any inconvenience. Sometimes routine maintenence goes wrong, and the back up plans seem to flow down the drain at the same time. Dan (I'm the guy responsible for that issue)
Outside dispensers need to be reset after so many uses. Sometimes this issue makes it seem like they're out of a certain type of water. I fill up on alkaline water outside most of the times in the morning; many times it's read "make another selection." You can select another dispenser or a different gallon size to make sure it isn't depleted. The store is really good about posting any issues they're having on both the inside and out
