It’s really annoying that there are multiple over sized vehicles that never move on the property. I took a picture of two of the 4 or 5 that never move. It forces me to park INFRONT of other peoples storage and it’s very rude.

Place sucks for every aspect of a storage. People up front are very rude and not very easy to work with

The new office staff are young and do not have the customer service that should be expected with a business that deals with the public. Do not expect assistance if you need it or want to try to purchase a storage space, or make sure your method of payment will be kept safe and confidential.

We've been customer's for a while, we've never had a late payment. We were several days late last month due to a direct deposit mix up and they locked us out. We already made arrangements to pay and they still wouldn't let us in. We were less than 10 days late.
