Horrible customer service the fat white guy with the glasses and beard needs to be more understanding and the Spanish guy with the glasses and the pot belly can’t speak politely to customers avoid this location even went as far as to lie to me telling me I can’t use my debit card to rent a regular gas vehicle

Had GOLD MEMBERSHIP reservations pick up today 8:00am, no vehicle until approximately 10:30 am. unacceptable. Please use another Hertz location. Need a -0 rating. Will not Recommend this location.

If you actually need a rental car don't book it here. Just arrived to pickup my car from the Fowler Ave location in Tampa. Apparently reserving a car with them doesn't mean you'll actually get a car. I was told they overbooked and that they can place me on a waiting list. Yeah, cool, let me put my life and travel plans on hold till they call me. Didn't offer to book me somewhere else. Just basically told to go pound sand. Never again

It is right next door to a mechanic shop, there is a Asian market within the area though and some other fast food restaurants
Yes if u are renting with Hertz! If u are NOT renting with them then NO! U have to be within the 2 mile radius ... U may call. Hertz or email them. Hopefully this information helped u. Now remember Hertz is everywhere...

They take all major credit cards and debit but they do credit checks for debit cards. No prepaid.
