Has anyone had a problem with a list or forgotten item left in a loaner? My daughter left my medicine in a loaner and we went and filled out papers work online through the website and I physically went to the office and I have had no luck.

I was charged an additional $70+ to add my 40 year old daughter as a second driver. I've never encounter this before. The agent at the airport was very persistent about upgrading from a full sized car, which was not necessary. Hotwire was used.
