Used to like the company until they hit with a $100 windshield chip claim that pre-existed on the MB 450 I rented. Even after a thorough inspection on return, they didnt note it until I received a bill 4 weeks later. Won't rent again from them again. Would not listen to me even after having spent thousands on high end rentals over the years. Good bye Sixt!
Okay, I gave them a good review at one point. About my first impressions because it was a seamless transition to get the car in Tampa. Until they took my $250 damage deposit over scratches on the side of a rim that were there when I picked the car up. Don't rent from this company they suck! They are bunch of scam artists who will find any excuse to hold onto your damage deposit so that they fill their pockets. I mean an inch and a half and a 2-inch scrape at the very edge of the rim on the passenger front tire. Not a dent not an obvious hitting of a curb. Scratches that I didn't put in there and they kept my 250 bucks, that says it all!
I'm not aware of late how much a late fee is. Though I do enjoy renting my vehicles from there. I specifically enjoy their top of the line rentals such as Mercedes or Cadillac but again I do not know what a late fee is I'm sure if you called them they would assist you no problem
