Comfort vision in Bothell sent me to optik vision in Woodinville because my insurance wouldn't cover glasses, so they sent me to their "sistering office" that would be able to get my glasses with insurance. I go to optik vision, because they told me they could do glasses with my insurance, I do the exam, I pay $40 for pictures I didn't even want, and have had the option to opt out of in the past, then they tell me my insurance doesn't cover glasses with them either. So two places wasted my time. It cost me $70 with the pictures and lyft money, just to get told I can't get glasses, and that was the entire reason why I came to this place. I'm extremely upset and will not be returning.

Staff is very friendly and professional. My exam was extremely thorough and not rushed in the least. Each step and finding was thoroughly explained by the Doctor. Great follow up too! This will be my go to for all of my eye exams and needs moving forward.

This office is great. Everyone is warm and friendly. I would like to see more frame options however it made my decision easier. The appointment was good. The front desk had me in and out quickly much appreciated. The cost of my eyeglasses were $100.00 less than what I paid elsewhere. They are comparable to online ordering but designer glasses. I sent my husband there also.

I'm really happy with both the eye exam and the new glasses I got from Optik Vision. Everyone is gracious, professional, and providing excellent care. In particular, I appreciated Mia who helped me choose and adjust the frames so that they fit perfectly when they arrived.
