Bailey is awesome. At the store he was patient and walked through the mobile plans and got my order in. He took down the needed information to help make the switch and gave me his business card to contact him once I got my order in the mail. My order arrived a month later and I was able to text him and get my line transfered all over text with very little effort on my end.

When the xfinity website says that your hours are until 8 pm, you should really be open until 8 pm - at least for internet pick up. Really tough to get there to pick up my router within an hour of work!!!!!

Our experience at this location was the best we’ve ever had. We went in to find equipment to help with a dead spot in our house. It’s been the slowest part of the house for years and third party repeaters weren’t helping. The associate gave us several options from a tower swap (free) to the xFi Pods. We ended out getting the Pods (we knew before we got there that was probably the best option) as we didn’t think a new tower would fix an age old dead spot. He explained all return policies, restock fees, return date cutoffs and costs. They also replaced our cable boxes since ours were old (free swap). The staff was so kind, thorough, transparent about cost and didn’t waste time showing us unrelated products just for a sale. The new cable boxes are fantastic, we get OnDemand in all our rooms now (our old boxes were like 10+ years old) and the Pods are beyond anything we’ve used. The internet in the once dead spots are very alive now. No lagging, loading or disconnecting.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time making an appointment (they never send the follow up text, even when the store is empty), and certainly don't listen to them about prices. They quoted me $40 a month over an online package, and then tried to tell me the deal was only for new customers (it wasn't). If you do ask them for help, they will simply tell you the problem, and provide no help or solutions. Save the time and headache by just finding your deal online and then picking up your items.

Picked up the new DVR box, and everything works, all of our recordings are still there, just like the Tech said the would be, whew!
