I’m extremely disappointed! Today the lady from the front desk told me. You’re 5 minutes late more than tolerated and we can’t attend your puppy. I had to give him Pills before the appointment and was not considered attending him today due to the discomfort he has taking the pills. Every place give 15 minutes tolerance without any restriction or any conditions. Hospital should give priority in any circumstances

Very nice and thorough! My vet discussed elements of my pets care that I had been aware about through reading, but never had a vet discuss with me. The staff were kind, if busy. The website is easy to use and I appreciate their body condition score tracking. Banfields can vary in quality depending on location, but this is definitely a good one!

I’ve been having doubts on Banfield, cause every time they seem to not be able to address my dog’s health issue properly, I ended up taking her to another vet clinic every time after Banfield could not make her feel better. So I feel like the monthly payment to Banfield is kinda pointless. Since the pandemic and the drop-off only policy, things just reach a new level of worst. We dropped my dog off at this location for an annual comprehensive. First of all, I booked the appt monthly ago, because she’s due for her vaccination. But when I called a day prior to the appt, they claimed that my appt was canceled while I definitely didn’t do that and didn’t receive any notification. Luckily they still managed to take her in that day. At the day of the appt, we dropped her off at 8:30 am, in the afternoon we received a call saying she will be ready at 4 pm, but we left Banfield with her at 5:15 pm. So the whole annual took a whole day? I understand the short-staffed issue, but here comes the main thing that leads me to this post: we prepared a list of concerns for the vet and explained to the front desk lady one by one, since we cannot go in with her for the appt. We listed that she may have an ear infection because all the symptoms apparently imply one. When we picked her up, I asked the staff if she has an ear infection, she said no. But I did not see any test items on my bill or the worksheet, and her symptoms continue. Now I have to try to get another appt just for that.

Very impressed with the staff here for a chain vet hospital. They let us in last minute when we thought our dog's leg was broken and have been super helpful with his care. They also have a really affordable package for new puppy owners that includes all their deworming, vaccines, a year of unlimited visits and discounts on prescriptions. They are very professional and the front desk staff are very welcoming. It is also very convenient that it is right inside PetSmart so there is always plenty of parking.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
They open at 7 am
