I wouldn’t recommend this rental service to anyone. Do not get me wrong, customer service was excellent. However, my “$259” total amount due soared to $444 due to “taxes”. Then, after I gave in and paid for the $444, I was told that there would be a $250 extra withdrawn from the account as a hold until the car was returned. I initially stated I did not want to pay too much for my rental and I was assured that I wouldn’t and that I was given discounts. However, my car rental went from $259 to $700. Never again!

Muhammad was a attentive and knowledgeable, he also gave us some tips and great advice when we arrived in Tampa. He helped us get into a car that suited my family perfectly, he even activated our EZPass for a stress-free ride when encountering highway tolls. After a great week, the return was quite easy. Locating a representative was tough, but when I found someone they were polite, courteous and very friendly. I would recommend Executive and use them again when travelling to the Tampa metro area.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!! They gave me a car that had some kinda medal from underneath sticking out. The girl that brought us to the car didn’t take picture of that damage & they took our security deposit even though we returned the car exactly how they gave it to us. The car had a bad smell too. We tried to call a lot of times but we couldn’t reach them.

I was so grateful for the service I received from my representative at executive car rental at the Tampa international airport. Abbasi my sales associate was extremely Sincere and helpful with getting me into a vehicle after having so much trouble with my original reservation with another company. His attention to detail and courteous service was above my expectations and I will continue to rent from this company whenever I visit Tampa Florida in the future. Thanks again Abbasi!

Yes. I ended up getting my money back but I got my credit card company involved.
This company is not trustworthy and youbwill need to take legal action to get your money back. Call your credit company to dispute this issue for you. They are slime
Well as we know Larry is not the norm and extremely lucky. As it has been months for other consumers.
Likewise we did not see the refund in the promised time. My wife called and could not get through so emailed the company. They did respond to the email and credited the refund.
I did...it took a couple weeks because I didn’t buy the $30 sunpass. But I didn’t have any problems. I’m actually going to use them again Saturday.
They never answer the phone either. Disputing as we speak.

Not me. They found a scratch on the bumper and told me that I damaged the car. NO WAY! Worst car rental company!! Thieves!!!
