I returned car on March 23rd & should have my $250 deposit back in 2 weeks. No far nothing happens. It's April 13th already. Is this company a scam - like other customer suggesting? How soon I see my money back?

Likewise we did not see the refund in the promised time. My wife called and could not get through so emailed the company. They did respond to the email and credited the refund.

Richard I emailed them and requested refund to be credited and it took about 2 hours for them to accomplish it.
