I would suggest that maintenance be better taken care of on their rental cars. I wasn't about to drive 2 hours total to airport and back to my destination for another rental! The rental we had as soon as you hit 60mph it was like the car was vibrating as probably needed front end alignment, which we didn't feel was a major problem, but it DOES NEED to be FIXED! When I told the woman on returning vehicle all she responded was "really" NO I'm making it up and just wanted to waste my time and breath to mention it! REALLY I guess when something majorly happens while a customer is using one of your rentals maybe your CEO will worry more about maintenance of the vehicles than the $$$$$$ in their wallets, especially when your employees are made aware of such issues and just more or less shrug it off! REALLY! When a lawyer gets involved it won't be shrugging it off depending upon the situation! You don't just keep pushing rentals out day after day minute by minute, etc without doing proper maintenance other than oil changes, oh and HAVE PROPER windshield wipers that aren't TORN so you don't have a clear wipe of windshield especially in Florida where it downpours!!

I opted out of the prepaid toll charge, only to find out at the Skyway bridge in St. Petersburg that it showed the toll was paid when I pulled up. I tried calling Dollar several times about this, 30+ times over several days, but nobody answered the phone. Upon returning the vehicle, the employees were not friendly or helpful with my problem. Now I'll have to pay administration fees for two $1.50 tolls I normally pay cash for. Don't use this company! I have to put 1 star otherwise it would be zero.

This place is Great. I accidentally left my SunPass transponder in my rental vehicle. I returned to the Dollar Kiosk (approximately 2:00 pm / Monday 9-12) and spoke to a young Hispanic Lady / Mgr. She was very helpful and got it retrieved for me even though the vehicle was already taken away to be re-serviced. I am truly Grateful and Thankful to this person and the staff at Tampa International Airport.

Read the reviews. Every time we call the rep hangs up. Don't like your job? Get another one. Furthermore, manage it correctly and get these dirtbuzzards out of your company. Lazy. Paid for an upgrade, didnt have it available. In fact, the entire row was empty upon getting out into garage. We have the same compact car, just paying for the upgrade. Rent with reputable company because this is costing us MUCH MORE, just like every other review we failed to read beforehand. Get what ya pay for.

What ever the total cost is for how long you'll have it, plus $500. And I didn't find that part out until the end when I got my receipt.
Dollar does not have a maximum age limit in Florida, but does require renters to have a valid driver's license.
You will need to take a short monorail ride to exit the airport. When you get off it should be near by.
How much is the insurance per day
Most all..
First, you need a valid ID, DL, or ID.
No not at all..you may even get a small refund due to the fact you didnt use all of the time scheduled for your rental
I also need to know this
When you return the car.
The answer is 42.
Typically they have many cars available, unless you had one in mind, you will likely be able to pick the car from the lot that you want.
While I was not asked my age, you will require a few things. 1. A valid driver's license 2. A credit card If you have those things I would imagine you would be able to rent a car.
The rental car is before check in and you may need to take the shuttle to your flight, which is very close by. I would call the airport and see if you can arrange something in advance.
There is a ramp that will take you up to the drop of point.
Depends on the miles driven. You would still need to pay for gass etc.
You have to return it where you got it, but it is easy to get to departures when you drop it off.
