I have been renting a cargo van in this place every other week for near 2 years, the former manager always made sure I have the Van available and even made all my reservations for the rest of the year. He went on vacation and that week I had to wait about 1 hr. to get the van ready for me after the check in. Now he left the company and the first week they called me to cancel my reservation because they didn't have the Van, ok just coincidence, next week the same situation so it seems that the new person on charge doesn't care about the business of a gold member. Moving my business to another company since here they don't really care about the frequent customers.

They have military discount. But their POS system can sometimes be glitchy. So I WOULD NOT prepay online. Just reserve and pay when you get there in case the system isn't working. It's just a headache getting things changed around because customer service over the phone and in store kept giving us the run around. They have a smaller lot, so be advised that they may not always have the car you're looking for. Also take in mind with the smaller lot, there is a lot of congestion. So get there early when they open.
