Don't go to this place, the guy was very responsive when taking my MacBook, but ever since they don't answer calls, they don't communicate the status, you have to bug them several times, and after walking in his like he can replace the motherboard to fix the computer in 30 mins, when I tell him to give me back my book, he changes the story that he needs time to put it back and all that, just contradicting himself. I regret taking my computer to them

I gave my ps4 like a week before and they told it will be ready in 2 days or so and they kept extending it so we asked the ps4 to give it back when we got home and opened they did not even touch it remained same how I kept and they told they changed the power supply but the did not they issue of my ps4 still remained beeps once and turns off Worst

i can't even start with how unsatisfied i was with this business. to be short, it's been 5 weeks and my computer still has a keyboard that's broken! The owner did not want to respond. He simply blocked my phone. There are about more than hundreds follow ups during this 5 weeks. He showed me his photo in hospital so I need to have sympathy why he would not respond. I don't buy this. You need to run a business with assumption that someone's going to be sick. And someone else need to be able to take care. The young guy that works for him is nice and understanding. The owner is unresponsive, unprofessional (he did not diagnose properly the first time causing second order of parts which caused months of delay). I am now taking this case to BBB and credit cards and consumer protection since he would not return the money while my computer still not working.
