This is the first place I have come that has truly helped me. They have revamped my entire life in the best way possible. I have learned so much. The clinic and all the doctors are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rachel is an amazing dietician. She knows her stuff and shares it with care. All of the doctors and fantastic. The front desk ladies are very kind and capable. Dr. Rupa changed my life with her physical therapy. Thank you all for all you have done for me and all you continue to do. This clinic has made such a positive difference in my life.

Root Cause Medical Clinic has put together a team of professionals that work together like a well-oiled machine. From the moment you step in the door, you are treated as family with such care and compassion. The free consultation at the first appointment made me feel comfortable and confident. Valeriya took the time to ask me about my health concerns and goals and really listened and understood me while also explaining how Root Cause offers a unique approach to treatment that conventional medicine does not offer. The treatment coordinators were very upfront about cost and exactly what the program would entail. I am SO glad I decided to do a functional medicine AND physical therapy program with them as I had both internal and structural issues that needed corrected and have been corrected because of them. I would 1000% percent recommend Root Cause for anyone looking for a natural and lasting approach to their healthcare.

I met with Root Cause for a Functional Medicine consultation regarding chronic GI issues. The first 20 minutes was with a RNP who seemed competent and friendly. I was hopeful and the answers to my questions were in line with my expectations. She informed me that they'd likely set up the following 2 appointments, for a medical evaluation and treatment plan, "very quickly". The money lady came in and they pushed me hard to set appointments for the very next day and the one following. Red flag #1. Further, they said they would want me following that 2nd appt to pay between $5,000 and $8,000 for months of treatment, cash, "in advance". Red flag #2. I wrote back that night to postpone the two appointments and said that I felt like the rush was "creepy". The next day when I wrote back asking for more information on the payment timetable, they replied that they were dropping me as a customer. Too many red flags here. I suggest you look around for a more professional outfit! UPDATE: in reply to the owner's attempt to paint me like an unstable customer in their reply (red flag #3?): I was shocked by the sudden phone call from the clinic within seconds after my email asking to postpone my appointments. The lady on the phone was rather aggressive about questioning why I would call it "creepy" in my email. In an admittedly panicked effort to deescalate the situation, I indeed claimed it was on my side, alluding to some vague history to mollify this crazy lady and get her off the phone. I wasn't going to bring this up, but you're welcome, Root Cause. Your medical side may indeed have professionals on it, but your business side kept me from meeting them. And there are no relevant secret HIPAA details, that's gaslighting. Shame on you. However, I'm giving it two stars because at least my interactions with the medical side seemed promising.

I was referred to the Root Cause Medical Clinic by a friend who had success with this clinic. I can to Dr. Rick with many body problems. We did very thorough testing to discover what was actually going wrong with me. This was something I was trying to handle on my own for many years. I'm now a few months into the program. I feel great! Chronic migraines gone, post nasal drip gone, chronic heartburn gone! My weight is coming down at what I consider a healthy rate and I'm very grateful for what they have helped me with. I highly recommend them needless to say.
