State park with a lot of picnic tables. Park has a $6 entry fee and ample amount of parking. Many campsites and trails start from the parking.

An incredible park and surrounding nature preserve that are easily accessible and provide plenty of challenging or easy hikes, picnic areas, camp sites, and family gathering areas. There's also a venue stage for events, possibly weddings. Highly recommend the Sanborn Trail Loop, it's challenging and long enough to make you break a sweat and leave you feeling accomplished. Trails and park are dog friendly. Park entry fee is $6 per vehicle.

Absolutely perfect park, worth the $6 parking fee. You could park outside along the road and enjoy the same trails, but you car probably won't be as safe and you will miss out on the great/clean bathrooms all with running water and water fountains. The campgrounds looked nice with electric and water, plus lockers for food (to keep the food safe from animals). The trail was nice and wide with a nice climb. I only went 5 miles but climbed right at 1200 ft. I would highly recommend this park for camping, hiking or even a picnic.

Great park with multiple trails to hike with kids. We did Peterson trail loop that is 2 miles up and down. The park has camping grounds, clean and running water restrooms, lots of picnic areas and ample parking. We will go there again.

Both power and water, no sewer but there is a dump station.
Yes. Beautiful Park in Saratoga Hills. The walk in campsites are open. Wagons are available by the parking lot to shuttle you stuff to the site which is about 600 steps away. Water is available by the campsite. Restrooms are close by but showers are closed due to covid.
The campsites are all along an uphill stretch of the Sanborn trail with a creek that runs parallel in a ravine below the campsites. The creek crosses over the trail at the top of the hill. Depending on where you camp, it's a short hike of a couple hundred feet or up to less than half a mile. In the times that I have been there, the water hasn't been very deep. You could dip your feet in but it would be hard to "swim".
