The worst customer service ever. The lady at this location Sabrina was very unprofessional. I had a reservation for a full size car but they had none available. The guy that was originally helping me was going to upgrade to a midsize SUV. She came in and said she's not doing that and wouldn't upgrade us because we wanted to change from a week to four days for a mid size SUV. Her exact words were #i can get someone else in that jeep for a week" as if they work off commission. This was just a little of the worst experience I've had and I am following up with corporate.
