wife took car in for oil change fri I went out to make sure doors were lock sat and seen oil all over the street looked underneath seen that it was coming from the oil filter Sunday called to see if they come out and fix it cuz I did not want to drive it without any oil in it and the manager said that they couldn't get to it till Tuesday that they would send an independent person out which I would probably have to pay for out-of-pocket or I could tow it in and if it's their fault they would pay for the tow very unprofessional the manager should be fired so I decided to go up to the auto parts store and get a oil filter wrench and what do you know it was just hand tight says on the receipt that they checked it twice or three times yeah right so I called corporate cuz I was getting nowhere with the manager and they said that somebody called me back and no call no anything this place is very unprofessional please do not get your car worked on here
