Unsafe and disgustingly dirty rentals. Truck mirror was taped on, so I couldn’t even move it to see the road - and they knew I was traveling hundreds of miles in it. I had to take it, since I was moving that day - but was the worst experience ever - felt terribly unsafe. Had a temporary gas cap, so light was constantly on. It was so dirty inside, I used multiple bleach wipes and it was still filthy and sticky. They said their mechanic had been off for a few days, so things weren’t fixed. THEN DON’T RENT TRUCKS!!

Zero stars, do not use this facility. Priceline should be ashamed. they use every means possible to add extra charges. I was told that I could not get ANY sand in the car. sand in Florida! when we went out to the vehicle. it had not been cleaned, old paperwork was still in the vehicle and guess what? there was sand in the vehicle. the exterior and interior of the building was filthy.

Staff was great, overwhelmed yet they were aces at multitasking and customer service. However, the website should have advised me to obtain certain answers for my insurance paperwork before arriving and spending 35 minutes on hold with them to verify that at the rental office, putting us behind. Then the computer went down during the return process and it wasted their and my time at a very busy part of their day. However, the truck we rented was at a reasonable rate for what we needed and I would consider using them again with a bit better planning, maybe making reservations by phone instead of online.

This truck was nasty! Tried not to gag on the way to the house, but as soon as I opened the door I touched a booger on the handle... Had to clean up my barf off the door, then proceeded to cleaning the rest of the grimy cab. When I headed out later that evening, the headlight glare from oncoming traffic was unbearable. Had to stop at Racetrac and degrease the bug grime off the front windshield in order to proceed to my destination.
