Had the Aisle choice of a great vehicle, and there were many , of a new 2022 Ford Edge- Since this vehicle is on my next vehicle short list it was great to be able to do a week long, test drive. Both , my wife and I loved it- Very easy for us to look at again , and purchase, based on our week of having one. Priceless. Also, as I mentioned vehicle availability was great- I was surprised, and as usual a very knowledgeable staff person to check us in, very quickly. after I told him the vehicle was excellent with no issues, and then he asked us, if there was anything else that could have been done to make our experience better- To me that is customer service above the top- and, as usual, our bill was exactly what was originally estimated- not always the case with other vendors, but always with National- Thanks!!

Car was ready as expected. I was concerned when I left the airport I was directed onto a highway where they did tolling by plate. This happened a few more times during my trip unexpectedly. I was concerned I was going to be hit with some exorbitant "administrative" charges. When I returned the car, your representative simply smiled and said any charges would be simply charged as billed to the credit card on file. I was relieved. That representative at the return area was very friendly and professional. A very positive experience with National. Nice job!

As an Emerald Club member, I always enjoy picking a car that catches my eye and hit the road with no waiting, no lines, and no crowds. The return process is always smooth and no hassles with paperless invoice emailed to me in seconds. My recent rent from National car rental at Tampa Florida airport was no different, picked a nice SUV and enjoyed my vacation in Florida. As a bonus I used two free days using my rental credits. What more do I need? I have tried several other rental companies for business and for leisure, and, in a nutshell, you cannot go wrong with National. Keep up the good work!

My flight got in early when I had a car booked at National on MCO. I told the lady at the counter I had no problem waiting until my scheduled time but she told me to go ahead and pick up the car. When I dropped the car off it was past the time I picked up so I was overcharged for an additional day. When I brought this to Dewan’s attention at the counter he promptly fixed the issue and we were on our way. Excellent service!
