You make it impossible for people to have jobs considering you make them wait HOURS on hold, and call in for simple matters that could have just been handled via email. Considering how high inflation is due to the Democratic Party, maybe take some of that $ and hire more employees?

Called so many times and nothing. Very disappointed with this department. Waste of time they are there for a paycheck not well-being of children.

I don't understand why on hold for hours for simple questions? Something needs to be fixed. When and or if you get someone yes they help you no issue its on hold for hours? This is just plain crazy! And seeing all these reviews yet no one has done anything? This yes I get is government agency but fact still remains they are there to help, how does this help? Its frustrating to say the least!!! And shameful because last I thought we have them because of us, so if no one can get through who is they are helping?

On hold for 3 hours, just to be hung up on, without even talking to anyone. Start the hold process all over again. Now it says they're not taking anymore calls for today. I thought I was going to need the suicide hotline, but now I think I need the homicide prevention hotline.
