Make sure you read what time they write down that you rent the vehicle and return time and not go by what they say at the counter because thats how they earn their extra money, said the car was late when it was not, and sadly during that 45 minutes it was "late" we were cleaning it and vacuuming it out as we had it for a week and wanted to be kind.

Woman that works there leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. She's rude and extremely short. Thought I ordered a 7 passenger only to rudely be told i rented a stupid 2 passenger! I have 7 people traveling with me so that made no sense why it was listed as such! Ended up having to rent 2 cars at 525.00 each for 3 days! I'll never ever rent from here or another hertz again! I'll be calling corporate as well once I return from this trip!
