I was very pleased with the experience. It was easy to book my service and they were on time when I drove up. The service person, Raul, was very friendly and professional. He told me two hours for the service and they completed on time. The spice person who took care of the check out and payment process was also friendly and professional. Sal who checked me in and I worked with during the process was great; friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in and out. He’s a keeper! Update- 5/30/22 My dash lit up with telling me right back tire needed air. That is not good. Called service and of course closed for Memorial Day. Told them I would be in today. Of course I put air in my tire, but that this happened not even one week after my tire rotation is not good.

Brought my Quest in for oil change. The service is terrible. The staff seems to be all new and they do not know what’s going on. I have an appointment at 8:30am. I came at 8:25am was quickly approached by a service advisor. The advisor, who didn’t tell me his name or give me a card, didn’t seem to know well how their software system works. I have waited in the waiting area for an hour. They have not even started on my car. They just parked it in a far corner of the lot. I checked the service bay. It was full of cars to work on, or in a work in progress mode. I saw only one technician actually in the bay. Obviously there’s an extreme shortage of staff. I approached a service advisor. He didn’t show a lot of care for my complaint. He said it would be at least two hours in the queue before it can be worked on! My work order is for an express oil change! I asked for the manager, and nobody knows where he is. Seems that this place is in a flux and the management is not managing. Better not come here until they have a stable , caring, resourceful. and empowered team. They used to be very good before the pandemic.

I came in to repair a flat tire. Service Representative Raul Lopez did an outstanding job helping me. He very clearly explained why the tire could not be repaired and then found a matching tire to replace it from the parts department. When everything was completed, he advised me there would be no charge because he found that I had some time remaining on a road hazard policy I had bought when I purchased the car back in 2018. Raul was very pleasant and professional.
