For one the parking sucks, had to park in the neighboring apartment parking lot. And visitors don’t park where they’re supposed to. Residents have more than one visitor with a vehicle and they park where ever they please.

Parking is a nightmare. We have had to park on the other side of the complex, 5 buildings away, on more than one occasion. Not many cars show the designated parking decal, and security does not enforce it, so it's difficult to tell if all the extra cars belong to residents
There is no assigned parking. So most of the time you can't park by your building.
