I love Wellington apartments I have been here for 14 years and I never had any problems. Maintenance people are nice and professional, they try to do the service as soon as they can, and the office staff are very professional, I know Bea for more than a decade, she’s very sweet also Teresa and Christian are very nice and always helpful. I highly recommend the Wellington apartments

Unhelpful employees and discrimination from the team to the residents . I am not recommending this property for anyone ... full of cockroaches and they do not help the residents at all, they just want to put extra charge for you. It’s unprofessional service from the teamwork.

Maintenance gets 5 stars☺️, wonderful crew. Doshi, new to the team is a wonderful asset. Very friendly, willing to help with any problem you have!! All around great maintenance department. Thx guys!!

My kids live here with their dad and it is full of roaches . Infested with them, the little inspections they do does absolutely nothing. Will have to get rid of everything when they move out because of how many roaches are in the furniture and food, household is kept clean but they are everywhere. My 5 year old should not be killing 10 a day. Something needs to be done immediately. I’m sick to my stomach how many there is. I use to live here and never had a problem. They want to charge a lot for this roach infestation. Fix the problem .
