We moved to The Nolen over six months ago, and we love it here. It has everything we need, and more. The location is the biggest advantage. We ride our bikes regularly, and we are within 2 blocks from the Pinellas Trail. We are also just a 15-minute bike ride from pier 60 (or 5-minute drive, if you prefer). Easy walk to downtown Clearwater and the future Imagine Clearwater project, which is scheduled to be ready for next summer. We have two dogs, so having a dog park onsite and Prospect Lake next door is a huge plus for us. The onsite gym is perfect for an apartment complex and while it doesn't have the bells and whistles of a paid gym, it is more than enough for us. The pool is very nice too. Internet service is included, and so is the trash collection. I read a few previous posts about maintenance issues. For those who were in a coma over the last two years, here is a newsflash. There is a pandemic that affects the supply chain, so it is pretty hard to get parts. When we had issues, they were resolved as soon as the parts were available. The team working here is very dedicated, and when we talk to them, we can feel their pain for not being able to resolve issues sooner. Don't blame the people who work day in and day out on issues that are out of their control.

My wife and I have lived at The Nolen for two years and sadly we are moving because we finally bought a house. Jessie was the best!!! She really cares about the people that live here. She is always available and gives of her time freely. Jessie has resolved many issues for us with inconsiderate and irresponsible neighbors. Jessie's maintenance team is also top notch. They are quick and efficient whenever A/C or water had an issue they were on it. Jessie is good at herding the cats! I don't know how she does it. The Nolen is a great place with a great location, and a great staff. See Jessie she will take care of you!

Talked to the manager when I moved in a month ago about whether I would get an answer on if they would credit me two nights because I wasn't able to move in due to them leaving me a key over the weekend that was cut incorrectly so I wasn't able to occupy my unit and had to spend money on hotels. The manager told me she would get back to me and after emailing and reaching out still haven't received an answer. I don't believe they care about the residents or owning up to their mistakes. They just wanna sweep this under the rug. I will be looking else where when my lease is up.

I have lived at The Nolen for four years. Lately, the complex isn't being kept clean. Dog hair in the Lobby, sticky stains on the Lobby floor. Elevator dirty. Parking lot littered with soda bottles, used masks. ONE OF THE DOORS TO THE COMPLEX DOES NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. This is a serious Security issue since anyone can walk or drive through the complex. The gates have not been locked for years. I don't know what's it going to take for the Security Issue to be repaired. The plus to living here are the apartments are nice, Maintenance requests are taken care of within a day. The location is good.
