Rent has increased, with that being said it would be nice if PEST CONTROL was included. This is Florida and there are lost of critters around. Not everyone keeps their place clean. Bugs can transfer from one apartment to another! Def need to consider this included with being a tenant and not raise anything additionally.

We have lived here for 3 years. I have two small children and cats. Our apartment has been flooding every time it rains hard for the entire 3 years (which this time of year is once a week). We keep hearing it will be fixed, but it still has not. We tried to get a our tub resurfaced the other day and a fire was started in our master bed room by the worker. Now we have to wait a week for new carpet and to finish the tub. We have never been compensated for any inconvenience. Every time it floods or something happens, we have to pack up our kids and pets and leave. Now we will have to take time off of work and pay out of pocket for a hotel so this work can be done. We have tried several times to talk to David about working out something so we can all agree on, but he has no compassion for our situation that is no fault or our own.

I Appreciate all the helpful staff members in the office especially Emily. I absolutely love Emily she is kind Patient and understanding. She updated me every second of the way never left me hanging! My family that helped through the process really appreciates the staff here!

My experience at Serenity Lane apartments has been a positive one to say the least. I have a beautiful apartment. The community is quiet and safe as we have a security officer on site after office hours. The property manager David is wonderful, responsible and an awesome person. The leasing agent Natalie is positive, cheery and bright. She brings the office to life. It’s because of her positive attitude and professionalism that I chose to live on this property. David is the very first property manager that I’ve seen that actually works outside of the office and is proactive in all of the areas of the property making sure everything runs smoothly. That’s to be commended. The maintenance supervisor Josue and Brian from Maintenance are absolutely awesome, extremely hard working and respectful. It’s refreshing to live in a community where the office staff is supportive, responsible, proactive, professional and diligent. Those are the reasons why this property is different from others. So happy to be HOME.

Some do, yes. However I live in an upper lower townhouse here by the pool and right outside my glass door is the laundry room and the newly done pool...I don't mind because it's just like having laundry right there it's almost part of the house. There is a couple large units just next door available so it would be the same for you. And honestly, the laundry is maybe $2 a load with large washers and dryers it's not bad. We also have trash valet and some other perks that make up for it. At least check it out. Tell Dave or Natalie I sent you :) They are the office team. Great people. It's worth a look. Good luck!
Hi Daniel, we do not have any studio apartments. We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments only.
