This is the worst place I've ever lived and I've lived in many places. Overpriced, nothing ever seems to work, I put in more maintenance requests in this one place than I've ever put in any other place in my life. Probably about 30 service requests in just one year, some of which were never resolved (i.e. my broken microwave was never replaced, etc). It seemed like every other week, the a/c and water was shut off with no reimbursement or credit put on my account. Instead, my bills seemed to keep getting higher each month. From the day I moved in, there was a bug problem... roaches everywhere from day one. I was put on a "monthly pesticide treatment plan" and haven't received the pest control treatment since November of last year. Management was nice, but there seemed to be a lack of communication between them and the residents and almost a lackadaisical attitude when things went wrong. The Indigo was very strict about residents following their rules, like the proper place to park or you'd get a parking ticket, but when it came to them fulfilling their side of the bargain (i.e. things working right), there seemed to be a lack of caring. I had black mold and the place was overall trashy. The one good thing was the view, but the place was way too overpriced for the size of my tiny studio apartment. I think the place has potential due to the location, but it would probably be best to just demolish the current building and build another, because the current place has multiple issues that never seemed to be resolved, no matter how many "repairs" they do. Not worth the frustration for the price paid. Very disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs.

I lived at The Indigo for over 5 years. Never had any major problems, the building was clean and safe, maintenance staff always responded quickly to any issue.

I'm not too sure I was visiting family I live in Colorado
My mother has lived there for the last few years and recently scientology just bought the building. They have not told her how much the rent would increase just that it was going to increase after her lease was up. So not sure what they will be charging going forward but we are moving her out of there.
