I’ve lived here for some years now and overall it’s been a pleasant experience. Recently our AC was struggling in the afternoon, put in a work order for a specific day (to be home because we have pets with no crates), maintenance came first thing that morning and fixed our AC and now it’s not struggling between noon and sundown. Thanks a ton, we really appreciate the speedy response.

Would not recommend this complex and I've lived here for years. Roach problems throughout all the buildings, maintenance takes anywhere from 1 to 3 months to respond to requests, the office arbitrarily chooses who's allowed to break rules and who has to follow them. The only positive is the location of the complex.

The staff and team here are amazing. If you have any issues, you can let them know and they will be there to fix it. Great place to live and it’s even better when the staff is amazing.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and it's been mostly quiet on my end. We had an issue a couple weeks ago where a swarm of people started fighting but cops were called and management took care of the issue promptly.
