The least helpful office staff I’ve ever encountered. They tell residents to be responsible, they don’t have time to help them. I’m watching three sit in the office laughing right now

They do on some but be careful of the HOA. They are very strict and over the top with rules. Some people have said they were harassing even.

Is it an actual apartment that can be leased for 12 months?
