I am highly disappointed with this location, 2232 A university Drive, Coral springs, Fl. I booked an appointment one month ago to get a Mammogram, Breast ultrasound and pelvic exam done for 8:15 AM today. I get to the appointment on time only for the girls at the front desk to tell me the person who does the mammograms/ tests just called in and stated she will not be in until10:00am. I waisted my time and gas for such an abrupt response. So my tests solely depends upon the employee who determines what time they are coming to work? Really?? How unprofessional!! The girls at the front desk were very nonchalant and unsympathetic towards the situation and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. Of course they don't care. Something has to change because this is a customers service industry and no one is being held accountable for their actions. If I were you, I would go to another place that has wellness for women or go to a completely different location.
