Taken 6/2/2022 ~ Pool on East side of property. Don’t believe management staff about disgruntled residents…TALK WITH OTHER RESIDENTS about overpriced living for sun-standard living conditions. This pool was closed last year by department of health as SEVERAL residents developed pink eye. Be warned!

First of all, they are wonderful apartments with a healthy environment for kids and pets, beautiful pool and amazing gym. The management office and maintenance guys work to let you be comfortable as soon as you get in. Also, there are food truck every other day, so you can try the taste of Clearwater. For me, the Grand Reserve is recomendable condo to have an excellent quality of life.

We moved in to a unclean apartment, my wife had to clean the bathroom and there was groceries left in the kitchen cabinets, we are still unable to use the game room or movie theater. We must take are recycled items to the main apartment complex and for the price you pay to live here, it is not that good, we will be moving when our lease is up but I want recommend The Grandreserve apartments at all. This is or second time living here and the property has gone down.

This apartment has nice amenities. Love the pool and the bbq, well the one that works. After living here for a year, I have to say I do not recommend it. The location rocks, but there are other cheaper and more updated options nearby. Our AC has barely been able to keep our unit from being sweltering and they only brought plug in units that raised our electric bill while they “fixed” it. Still 78 in the apartment while it’s set to 71. Our sub flooring in our apartment is like walking in an inflatable, it has always felt like we were going to unexpectedly drop in on our downstairs neighbors. There are not enough visitor spots so if you own more than one vehicle, look out, because their tow team is relentless and unforgiving. If you want to live here, it probably won’t be your worst experience, but I’d suggest you look around and save money because the property doesn’t make up for its shortcomings to justify its premium cost.
