So glad I'm going to be a new resident of this place, mostly because of Michelle's knowledge kindness and enthusiasm. Thank you Michelle for making this and easy transition!

For only $1100 a month for a one bedroom you too can smell and look at this all weekend EVERY WEEKEND

A/C broke down every three months for the first two years before someone actually replaced a part to fix it. Leaks from upstairs neighbors flood my apartment on a regular basis. No one in the office answers the phone and unless you're personally friends with maintenance staff it takes a long time for them to come around to fix things. If you own a dog who is scared of fireworks don't move here because every time the Threshers win a game it's like the fourth of July in your backyard - sometimes two or three times a week. The windows can't be opened without having to pray that you'll be able to close and lock them again after. It's too expensive to move and we feel trapped in this third-world squalor of an apartment complex.

My experience halfway into a year lease here has been disastrous. If you can secure a good unit without any problems, then your stay here might just be fine, but if there are any problems with the unit prepare to be in constant disappointment. The management agents that I have been in contact with aren't as helpful as the one before by far. Since moving in our unit has had constant A/C problems that have gone as far as 6 weeks without a working A/C. The office was aware as I was reaching out to them repeatedly. Our A/C is again broken now for the fifth time, now going on 2 weeks. Unit has also had a leak in the living room for the past 4 months. Waiting for a return call from the emergency maintenance line is like waiting to win the lottery. Extremely disappointed from the experience of living in this apartment considering the first few months were amazing.I cannot believe the living conditions that this place allows it's residents to endure. ******* Recently moved into the Standard and so far the experience has been great. Kelsey, who helped me apply and with getting into the apartment, is amazing and incredibly helpful. She is the best! The maintenance team is also amazing and prompt. We were shocked to have our request completed within 30 minutes of submitting it. Since COVID I didn't get a chance to view the apartment prior to moving in, but I would highly suggest that because we did get a few surprises when we moved in.

Questions & Answers

Why is management only treating the ROACH problem???? It's funny to me because pest control here is a complete joke like what's coming in 2 minutes putting down "BAIT" is going to do. Stop being cheap with pest control spray or bomb the apartments.

Kaitlyn Vanderhyde | Sep 6, 2018

Due to Liability reason duhhh. You cant bomb a apartment with people living in it. Baiting is the proper way to take care of the problem, spraying it only kill them on contact doesn't get ride of them. I'm sure you know this because you seem like you know a lot.

Cleanliness, is very important because it defines the place, people who walk their dogs should clean the poop because this is a kids friendly place also and having poop all around is filthy. I think you can advise through a memo to all residents.

Why do the leasing managers turn a blind eye to the blatant racism experienced at the hand of they contracted security guards?

Renny Benny | Sep 6, 2019
Don Waters | Sep 5, 2020

Because they were the lowest bidder and their liability insurance requires them to have contracted security.
