After an extensive search in this crazy rental market I finally decided to move here and I'm really happy. Quiet community with amazing lake views, really nice pool area and kids playground, really secure, and the staff is great. They will help get things done, whether it's a small detail or maintenance work. I moved from an older complex and it's so nice having quality windows, lol it's a little thing but the a/c works less. The storage is great, parking has been easy and even shaded spots around. Best value for what I looked for by far, worth a look.

They require a 2 month WRITTEN notice to vacate or they will force you into month-to-month contract. Also I was double charged for all the utilities when I left. The charges on the 16th shouldn't have been there, since the charges on the 1st would've normally covered the entire month. If anything, the charges on the 16th should be a NEGATIVE balance. But they're not. I'm just getting nickel and dimed.

This is a very beautiful community. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are also really nice. Savannah and the team helped us every step of the way. The reviews were scaring me at first but honestly I did not experience any of that with this company. It’s such a great location too it’s not on the Main Street like other communities. It feels super homey.

Don't waste your money. I still live here and I regret extending my lease just about every day!! They make you pay for a parking space, there isn't enough spaces for residents and guests. they say they have a tow company that comes around, they don't. They make you pay extra for it to be a gated community and the gates have been broken for the last 2 years. Their maintenance staff knows jack all about anything. They don't answer emergency requests until the next day. If they do come out, they're rude, and they huff and puff over you asking them to do their job...You could put a regular request in and you wouldn't hear back for at least a couple days. Then they blame you and make it seem like it's your fault things don't work. If your a/c stops working, they say "well, the best I can do is come by tomorrow afternoon" even if it's 90 degrees in your apartment and you call at a reasonable hour. Their appliances are out of date and falling apart. If the sink clogs, maintenance says "well, this is an apartment complex, what do you expect". If your dryer isn't drying your cloths, they say "well, stop washing cloths so often". They don't have a regular garbage pick up so it just piles up and makes the whole surrounded area smell. Then they issue emails and written statements telling residents to "stop producing so much waste" and tell us how it's against the rules to have garbage outside our apartment when there is nowhere else to put full bags of garbage. Nobody is ever in the office to help, they don't have enough staff and the ones who "work" are always out of the office. This complex had been bought by numerous entities and each one is worse than the next. My suggestion, think about being homeless before you rent one of these apartments. They've increased rent with no changes to anything people have been complaining about for years! Just read the other reviews! It's got a 3 star rating and it hasn't gone up since I moved in 3 years ago... It's on me for renewing my lease for sure, but that's only because the house I was trying to purchase fell through. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They don't care because they know fools like me will choose to live here because they can't see past the aesthetic and location... believe me, as soon as I can. I am ooooooot!

No. Credit check to determine deposit. Then pay for the month a person moves in on. Prorated if necessary.
That I don't know you will have to call them to see
The rates change every year. My rent goes up anywhere between$75 and $100 every year. Been here over 5yts.. this is my last year.. ridiculous......
They have a bbq area out by the kids play area with a couple of tables/benches. And the pool area has a cabana and some outdoor couches by the fireplace, but it is first come, as far as i know for seating.
Been living here for 6 years. I have no complaints at all. Every time i have issued they respond right away. The pool is great and always on point. Is a relax quiet place.
Excellent, the idea is to keep the parking better organice
If you don't live far away from the complex, you can visit the office and they will be glad to assist you. They are good people to deal with. Good luck!.
