The pool is usually clean and that area is always nice. Management tries. Not always successfully though. They're usually nice though and the head of maintenance is such a sweet man. The gates don't always work. It's absolutely ridiculous. Worst thing though is the rent. It's really high and all you're getting is a cheaply made apartment with cheap carpet. I'm in a 2br 2 bath and it's maybe 1,100 as ft. We've been here longer than a lot of residents. Our rent was raised $100. We had to renew for 14 months in order to get the lowest increase. We now pay somewhere around $1,390 a month. The complex is right in the middle of several office buildings. Less than a mile down the road is a bad neighborhood. I'm not a bitter resident trying to speak badly on purpose. I'm just giving you pure facts. There are several new complexes that have been built within a 3 mile radius. Cheaply made like most places, but you're likely to get something nicer for less money or at least worth the money.

Management changes a lot... you have to have parking stickers now and vistors have to park in visiting parking only.... if they are there for more than 15days a parking permit has to be purchased or the car will be towed..permits are free for 1 tenant and each other car there after in the same household is $150 per vehicle.. pets $300 dollar deposit. Business center is no longer 24hr access.
