We really love it here! Their staff is always happy to help any time of day. Anything from needing a stove light bulb to needing a water heater repaired at midnight. Location is great and the property is well maintained.

In October of 2016 ( still here as of August 2022) I first moved in to the Town Place apartments. As a "newbie" to Clearwater FL, I had no family or friends in the area My experience with the office staff and maintenance team has always been professional, friendly and available for questions and needed services. During COVID 19, the management / maintenance kept all services running and communicated effectively! Simply put, the apartment complex offers safe and clean facilities....with a "Family Care" atmosphere!

DO NOT LIVE HERE In short, I would not choose to live here again even if it was free. Here is a short recap of everything: apartment is awful, leasing and maintenance staff are rude and do not care at all, gym equipment is never cleaned and air is broken in gym despite the fact they "fixed it," pool is always closed for a variety of different reasons. Apartments are in shockingly bad condition. When I moved in my dryer didn't work for two weeks and after they 'fixed it" five times they finally believed me that it wasn't working. MAINTENANCE STAFF WILL ALWAYS "FIX" THINGS BUT IT NEVER ACTUALLY DOES ANYTHING, THEY DO NOT BELIEVE YOU OR CARE WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. Water stains on the ceiling, air conditioning does not work properly, especially when you use your oven or dryer. Office staff told me air is fine and it is just "hot outside" which is why it is 78 while set on 73. Dishwasher leaves thick, white residue on everything despite trying everything leasing office and Google tells me to try. Friends in other apartments have told me about mold issues which the office staff also thought they were making up. I mean I have only lived here four months and the list of things that have been broken/not worked properly include stovetop burner, dryer, toilet, A/C, dishwasher not draining, toilet running nonstop, fan and some other stuff I am probably forgetting. I could go on and on about why living here is a mistake but don't even want to make you read about how bad it is. Please just don't live here. Will update as things progressively get worse.

I have lived here twice now and I wouldn’t have moved back if I didn’t absolutely love it. It’s a beautiful community with very inviting staff and a cozy vibe. It is not a “cookie cutter” complex, it is very unique which makes it worth every penny per month to stay. It’s centrally located, which is extremely convenient. The pool and deck area is always very well maintained. There is a versatile gym to use. They also give free air filters every month and each unit has their own washers and dryer. I may bounce around unit to unit but I most likely will stay here until I buy something of my own down the road. I’ve rented all over Clearwater and this place is a solid 10/10 - no competition.
