My daughter lives here. She pays premium prices, $2,000/mo for 3br 2ba. While the apartment and complex are reasonably okay, service is terrible. She has been waiting 3 months for a small carpet repair, and almost 2 months for a dryer replacement after the thing seriously shocked her boyfriend. Office staff promises to fix things "soon" after each complaint but it never gets done. I've suggested she take the next rent payment to the courthouse and place it in escrow pending repairs.

A family friend of mine lives here, so I am in and around this complex often and I must say-it's pretty great! The front office & maintenance employees are friendly & helpful. The pool is awesome, the property itself is beautiful. They maintain & landscape it nicely, place always looks clean & cozy. I also happen to like the style/architecture of these apartments. The layouts of the apartments are open & modern. They do a good job keeping out riffraff {unlike the property next door!} The difference between the two is like night & day. Also, the kids LOVE the playground! Although there is no swing, it is a nice, big playground area & nice protective sunshades to shade it. Really nice!

There are so many great things about Bayside Court Apartments. Bronty and Team are simply the best and I absolutely attribute everything to them. They make you feel so welcomed every time you stop to see them and always have an answer to everything. The apartments are nice, the grounds are meticulously maintained and service/maintenance tickets are handled so quickly - really outstanding service. We love that it’s tucked away but nearby everything. Bayside really feels more than a home :)

I loved it here for the year that I did stay. I had no issues really with neighbors, staff in office were really friendly and understanding. The only issue I really had was the size of the apartment wasn’t big enough for my family but the price wasn’t bad at all. My appliances rarely broke down, I didn’t need to make many maintenance request as I have done in the past. They are very strict about things but hey they have to ensure that everyone is comfortable and provide great quality living. Keep up the good work guys!

You have rights as a tenant- look up Fl law noise ordinance in rental apartments or call 411-they're supposed to have an answer 4 all questions! Landlord/ Tenant act State of Florida. As well as someone else suggested call the police-overtime they will get sick of hiding whatever they are up 2 at the hours everyone deserves sleep. They don't allow us (Seville) to make excess noise between the 8:00 a.m. & 10:00 p.m. as well as the gym & pool closes at dark! Its called respect & living in peace, which you are entitled to. Good luck-it is never fun 2 have a noncompliant renter around. It ruins it 4 all! Best wishes & Happy Holidays! Blessed! 👼
Bayside Court Apartments are open on Saturday but not on Sunday
For one the parking sucks, had to park in the neighboring apartment parking lot. And visitors don’t park where they’re supposed to. Residents have more than one visitor with a vehicle and they park where ever they please.
