You have rights as a tenant- look up Fl law noise ordinance in rental apartments or call 411-they're supposed to have an answer 4 all questions! Landlord/ Tenant act State of Florida. As well as someone else suggested call the police-overtime they will get sick of hiding whatever they are up 2 at the hours everyone deserves sleep. They don't allow us (Seville) to make excess noise between the 8:00 a.m. & 10:00 p.m. as well as the gym & pool closes at dark! Its called respect & living in peace, which you are entitled to. I'd call the police and make records of it. Maybe record the noise at different times of the night or set a camera up to record all night. With hold rent until the problem is taken care of. Tell them you will take it to court if u have to. Or break your lease and find a new place to live because this place is expensive as hell.
