Free, you will get a key card to access the parking lot when you check in.
Not much hotel has free parking
If you are staying at Holton Garden, eating at one of the fine restaurants or attending an event there is no charge. However if you park there and go some place else you risk being towed away. The lot is clearly marked for GUESTS ONLY.
Parking is free if you park in their lot, not the parking garage.
