We always have good experience at Home 2 but this time we are a little disappointed. We are 4 in a room and we have 3 pillows. The employee tried the best that he can to find us another one without success. I'm surprised that there's a shortage of pillow. We also had to ask for towels. It's the first time this is happening. Not the best experience unfortunately.

I’m having a terrible experience. I’m out of shampoo and soap in the shower and asked for some, but no one brought any. I don’t have a working outlet in the bathroom, so I’m using the microwave door as a mirror to do my hair. The internet has been spotty at best. When I called the front desk, they denied that something could be wrong with the router and wanted to send someone to my room. What?! Are you kidding me?! I don’t have a router in my room so why would I need someone to come into my room and mess with my computer?!! I’d think twice before staying here again.

This is a very quaint & picturesque hotel in the village of Broadalbin. Family owned & friendly. Rooms are furnished like a bedroom, not a hotel room. So welcoming & comfy. Bathroom is modern. Everything is squeaky clean. Lovely front balcony accessed from the floor the rooms are on (2nd floor, no elevator). Amenities room available for coffee & hot cocoa. Cold drinks can be purchased on the honor system. Restaurant was closed the night I was there (Monday). Next time I'll give that a try. Overall a wonderful experience. Will definitely stay again since I have relatives in the area. Less than 1/2 hour from Sacandage Reservoir, which is beautiful.

Even though there was confusion with Booking.com, the night manager, Abdul really helped me out, and made sure my family and I had a room. All the staff made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast is fresh and yummy, the staff is really accommodating, friendly, kind, and professional. The spaces were clean and well stocked. The pool and gym areas were clean and well maintained. Home 2 is family friendly, pet friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend home 2 over Airbnb or any other vacation rental hands down! Seriously….I’ll neverrrr waste money on weird AirBnB experiences again.
