There are many positive things about this hotel but I had to rate it a two because of poor housekeeping. Of the three days in which I asked to have my room cleaned, it was only cleaned once. And not very well. The good things, such as free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, and decent temperature control mean nothing if you’re in a dirty room. Not only do they fail to clean the room upon request but when they do clean, it’s not very thorough so you may find crumbs on the table or something left behind under the bed skirt from another guest. If it wasn’t 11:00 PM, I want to move to another hotel.

The staff is amazing. All the employees were so friendly and hard working! I hope they are paid well. Our room was clean, the lobby and general areas were clean (didn't use gym or pool). The breakfast was really good and free. I'd come back for the great staff alone

This Hampton Inn location is absolutely beautiful. It is contemporary, thoughtfully designed, and boasts many amenities. The indoor pool and fitness center were expansive and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful. The rooms were immaculate and ensured a restorative sleep. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great staff and breakfast. Guests can use printer and computer. Staff is talkative and smiles at you. Everyone said good morning. Tons of coffee and even to go snack bags. Clean rooms.
