The hotel is extremely dated and stained everywhere. We had a huge urine stain on our bed when we first checked in. The gentleman at the front desk tried to fix this issue by upgrading us to a suite and providing a $30 credit for our stay. The only problem is, the new room ALSO had a urine stain on the bed and they won't give us our credit. They said this needs to be approved by the General Manager, Kevin, who never answers his phone or returns voicemails. Worst customer experience I have had with a General Manager who I wonder if he even shows up. IHG should be ashamed of the way he manages this facility.

This hotel is nice the Holiday inn Express does offer a lot. The hospitality from front desk was well appreciated after coming in from a long day. The gym also very nice very good to get a nice workout in while you're traveling keep the blood flowing. The breakfast even though I was only there a day I'm sure it's not like this everyday but we had eggs that were burnt served in a buffet style. But it will still decent for breakfast. The room also spacious nice open comfortable very nice bed to sleep in got a really good night rest to start my morning. Wi-Fi also really good being on the third floor normally to hire you go up the hard it is to get a signal. But really good. Highly recommend this hotel you are very close to restaurants shopping centers convenience stores everything and walking distance good location.

Very poor customer service. The General Manager Kevin Landy cares so much about his customers that he can't even call them back to answer questions they have. Left him 2 messages never returned my calls. I reserved a government rate room and the hotel said I need a government ID to get the rate. My ID was stolen last week so I do not have one currently so I called to see if I could show my latest pay stub and/or get a letter from my boss with my agency's letter head or whatever else Kevin needed to prove I am a government employee. I called 5 times and never spoke with Kevin. Instead he hid behind his receptionist and told her to tell me that only a ID would be acceptable. I told the receptionist to patch me over to Kevin's voicemail to which she responded well I just talked to him so he's here to which I responded then patch me over to Kevin. Kevin was kind enough to let me listen to his voicemail again. Took me half a day to figure this out, when it should have taken 10 minutes because Kevin refused to call me back. Kevin you'll be happy to know that I canceled my reservation and I will never book a room in a holiday express again.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. Its so close to lots of shopping and restaurants- some you can even walk to!. Check in and out was super easy. Plenty of parking on site. The rooms are a bit tight but clean. When we got in we saw the sheets were not clean. We told the front desk and they had someone change the sheets immediately. The pool was not so clean tho - water was murky. Also, we asked for additional blankets and pillows and were told that as we had a double room, we could not get anything additional. That was strange. The breakfast was a great option to have - they had a hot breakfast and also items that were easy to grab and go. They had hot water all the time in the lobby so you can always make a coffee or something. The rooms have a microwave and fridge which is super useful especially if you are traveling with kids. Lots of outlets in the room also for various electronics.

Coming from which way
IDK. Front desk would be the best resource for that info. Hours may even change during the week / seasons / etc...
Breakfast is available from 6 to 9:30 at the Holiday Inn, and they've returned to buffet style.
