Kathy Buff, is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. She has such a kind heart and she is such a hard worker. She was here at 9 pm when we checked in. There at 9 am when we ate breakfast and when we came back at 9 pm at night she was here again. This lady never stops working. GIVE HER A RAISE or promotion!!

Not good, after traveling all day, the front desk young lady needed some training. After showing her our reservation, and reservation number...she said she could not find our reservation. she made us to go outside and call different Hampton inns in the area to see if I made a mistake... after my wife suggested to her to try the name in reverse...she tried it and found it instantly... No apologies, no oops... nothing, almost like we were bothering her. I have stayed at several Hampton inns , but this was my last time at this location. My hats off to house keeping, (nice clean room!) I really don't like leaving this type of review however it is what it is.

From the moment we arrived Laura made us feel right at home. She effortlessly checked us in, answered another guests questions and gave yet another person directions - wow, just wow...she's an incredible employee!! Hotel was clean, accommodating and quiet. We'll be back and we highly recommend!!!

Positive: The room was clean. The bed was very comfy. No bugs were seen. Breakfast was delicious & FRIENDLY ANN MADE BREAKFAST A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! FRIENDLY MADE CHECKOUT A BREEZE & loved my son's service dog! The staff here are the greatest asset! Negative: No dislikes. Please recognize staff for their exceptional customer service to myself and my son!!! I would return just to see them again.

It's a very nice hotel! We weren't able to access the full breakfast at the time of our visit, but that was because of COVID. They offer a nice set of accommodations like a fridge and microwave. They have a nice bonfire outside and tons of restaurants within a good distance.

They have a park stay and fly rate if you call the hotel, otherwise its against policy. If they enforce it or not i don't know.
