Property great, clean, good pricing. Staff tries to be helpful. Ordered 4 pillows at 8 pm. 9 pm 1 pillow came. 9:30 they finally bring the remaining 3 pillows.

I am currently staying at the hotel, I have been there for 2 months. On Monday i came to room to find my gold necklace and pendant missing. I don’t have anyone else with me, I am here for work. The hotel took an incident report and I called the police. Late on the week the manager calls to tell due to findings that they can’t reimburse for the necklace and pendant because they don’t believe the items was stolen or take at their property. This hotel is joke to.. I travel a lot for work and was running late and forgot to put the necklace on. I had that necklace and pendant for over 10 years. I am so disappointed and mad. I didn’t know Marriott treated their customers like liars.. be aware..

This hotel is new and well appointed. Unfortunately it is so poorly managed that your stay here is inconvenient and unhealthy. Our dishwasher had problems. No scrubbing sponge was supplied to wash the dishes ourselves. The garbage disposal had pieces of a ground up wine glass in it which caused it to seize up. I had to pick out the pieces myself because I didn’t trust workers to honestly wear masks while in my room. I had witnessed housecleaning twice on separate occasions cleaning with no masks while in rooms. And judging from the conditions of our room, they didn’t clean very well. When we asked for the tool to get the garbage disposal started again, we were told mgmt would get back to us as they were busy. It took another day for them to get back to us and only after we asked again. When we brought these complaints to the mgr, and asked for a reduction in the ridiculous $150 charge for pets, she had all she could do to understand the amount of inconvenience we had had to experience at her hotel but very reluctantly did reduce the charge. As far as the breakfast is concerned, don’t count on it if you have a gluten allergy unless you want to eat a hard boiled egg every morning. There are no other protein choices. Everything else is carb. So… unhealthy and inconvenient is this hotel and due to mgmt.

Came for one night to visit family. Hotel location was great, easy access to I-87. Hotel was very clean and had a ‘new’ feel to it. Staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. We needed a late check-out and they were very accommodating. Very happy with our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the Albany-Colonie area.
