Horrible phone service. You can not get anyone to answer and if the call is answered it’s via answering service the person who answers hardly speaks English then no one calls back. If you want access to your medical records you’re out of luck. The woman who answered the phone in the medical records department is rude and unprofessional. I can’t even switch to a different practice because I can not get access to my child’s medical records!! Just horrible!

Checked in 1:22 pm The clerk stated that the wait is about hour and a half so she placed my child at the 3:10 pm slot and I walked back home. I returned and waited. Clerk told me to go to the Rye location because there was no wait and the nurse was informed and waiting. I get there and the waiting room was full and the clerk said that wasn’t true. I had to wait an additional 2 hours with my sick child. Unacceptable!! Time is money—I walked back home with sick child to get car to drive and paid toll and had additional wait time with sick child!

I have liked the doctors very much, but this practice was acquired by Athena Health and if you care about billing and access to medical records you should avoid them. Athena Health is completely incompetent at managing software. If you like spending your free time trying to reach and talk to IT department people, this is the place to go.

I’ve been going to westMed for the past 3 years and I’ve never had any issues with the staff . My experience has been great I prefer westMed than to go and sit in an emergency room. Thank you for your service.

Hi Margaret, yes we have a parking lot available at our Westmed office location in New Rochelle, NY. If the spaces are limited, there is also ample municipal parking available nearby. Take care!
Yes to see doctor's. You can walk in to the Urgent Care but I recommend making an online appointment.
