Be SURE you really want to STAY here before booking. Before this I always had pretty good luck with Best Western. We needed a stopover stay on Saturday night. Saratoga or Lake George would have been nice but not for $500 a night. Anyway, we show up here and nobody is at the desk or anywhere around. 10-15 minutes later the clerk walks in from the parking lot. We check in and get assigned a room. She advises driving around back to a closer door which is a nice idea but quite dark and sketch behind the building. The room itself is like 100 degrees and the a/c unit just blows around the hot air. No deadbolt lock on the room door, no trash can anywhere, light doesn’t work in bathroom, weird stains in tub, strange cubical pillows. After about 15 minutes and despite the late hour, we left for the Marriott. The nicest things I can say is that the clerk wasn’t rude and did appear to cancel my charges even though we just handed her the key cards and walked out saying we just can’t stay here. The linens appeared clean and we didn’t find bedbugs when we looked but maybe it was too hot for bedbugs in that room too.

Even though I had a reservation number they said I did not have reservation. After waiting 10 minutes for the receptionist to get to the desk. Three people waiting for complaints. Have never been to a hotel that in 10 minutes had three people complaining about the room. No towels in one no light in the bathroom too and three they didn't think the room had been cleaned at all before they got into it. So after giving the receptionist every form of identification I could also confirming that I had the right hotel. Offered no help in getting me my room. After hearing all the complaints I didn't even want to have a room there and made my way back home for 2-hour ride when I was tired. Yeah I just need to contact Expedia and make sure I didn't get billed for the room and how poor it was I wouldn't even give it one star.

Had a reservation was running behind schedule and the check in was smooth and it was quiet! We are at the end of the hall!!! Beds are comfortable!!! My husband is out here for work! The only thing I don’t like is having to walk all the way around the building for some breakfast!! Or going to the second floor for some ice!!! But can’t really complain was a last min check in!! Hopefully the week stay will be okay for us so far so good today is the actual full day here!

The hotel itself looked good at first, The first night our beds were lower at the head board and we had to sleep upside down! The next day our room was reserved so we were moved all the way to the other side of the hotel, and we had a cot which they didn’t even give any blankets with In Our room and they made us push it through the entire hotel.. The room they gave us had no heat no hot water the smoke alarm was hanging down from the ceiling the phone didn’t work! The pool was absolutely disgusting, which was the main reason we booked This hotel.. Was totally disappointed and wish I would have asked for a refund and went to a better one. Will never stay at this hote chain again!
