Simply walking into the hall, you can see that the carpet is absolutely filthy. The elevator even has cracked flooring and many smudges!! Walking to our room, there was a strong foul odor, giving headaches. After seeing the condition of our room, walked out ASAP. There was a chunk of hair in the toilet, a nasty stove, filthy cabinets, nasty used dishes (even opened paper plates!), no coffee maker (even though there were a few one cup coffee supplies), worn out bedsheets, and I saw a large bug crawling on the ceiling!! 🤮 This doesn't even deserve a single star.

this was the most disgusting hotel experience i have ever had...... upon arrival the grass was 2 feet high, trash was all over the property, lobby was steaming hot with no AC and the guy behind the desk had no customer service skills at all..... i asked if we could check out our room before we actually went through with the reservation and was told NO, it was at this time that we cancelled the reservation.... i honestly would have rather slept in a dumpster than stay at this mismanaged rundown hotel.... PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!! you will be sorry

Check in was a 3pm, the room was not ready until after 5 pm. Had to be moved because the room smell of smoke. The other room was better but the Vent in the bathroom was filthyand the AC was not working, it was “repaired” but, we were still sweating, we had to leave the room and return when the temp was a little cooler in the night. The Fridge was leaking. Though they advertised that cooking equipment would be available they only 1 dessert spoon. No pots, pans etc. Not even a paper towel. There were a few plates and two glasses. It was horrible!!! NEVER again would I book that place. The GM was rude and dismissive. He did not demonstrate that he understands that the guests keep the hotel going and not him. He demonstrated poor customer service skills. He behaved as if the guest needs him and not the other way around.

Our room was DISGUSTING! There were ants all over the kitchen counter, coffee grounds (we did not have coffee in this room), the cabinets had coffee splashed on them, the dishes were in the dishwasher and did not look very clean, the bathroom had long black hair, there was a bug in the bathroom,, and the grout looked like it had not been cleaned since it opened. The parking lot was full of trash and cigarette buds. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
