Stayed for the one night before continuing onto Maine and glad it was just the one night. The positive is that the sheets were clean and the TV worked. Everything else was sketchy. We actually had to switch rooms because there were ants all over the bathroom floor. The front desk staff was nice and got us switched no problem. The cleaning staff was nonexistent because there was some underwear by the front door and might still be there now. It's cheap to stay but I would rather have stayed at The Overlook Hotel in The Shining.

My parents and I stayed here as a part of a road trip we did to the Niagara Falls. We were planning to stay in Albany for three nights and the moment we got to the Ramada we decided to stay only one night. We made the mistake not to read Google or Hotels.com reviews before reserving the room. This hotel cannot be compared with any other one and it is in its own category: criminal. We concluded that they are very likely breaking a great number of regulations and requirements regarding cleanliness, hygiene, infrastructure, etc. The grass outside is untrimmed, the lobby's glass windows are dirty, everything is dusty, elevators and the halls hadn't been vacuumed in what it seemed months, there were multiple water leaks in the hallways with for which they had buckets for. As for the room, it looks like they only change the sheets and leave everything else untouched: dusty, carpet dirty, bathroom with stains and hairs; the smell don't even mention it. "Breakfast" consisted in two slices of bread, half a coffee cake slice, and two boiled eggs (which some seemed to have been boiled for days since my dad got one that was grey inside). Despite the conditions, there were a lot of people staying, which makes sense since we payed $55 the night and the other rooms were $70-90, so many folks who can only afford this just need a bed to stay a night. This hotel should be reported to the local sanitation city authorities. The staff, however, was somewhat nice. Both ladies (who checked us in and out) were rather helpful. We used hotels.com to reserve the room and when we weren't able to cancel the rest of our stay via hotels.com, the lady helped us deal with it. But they didn't seemed to be aware or cared about the conditions of the hotel and rooms.

4 stars because I asked for and got a clean room, decent view, the hallways have a quiet vibe, staff was nice, location was convenient. It wasn’t as cheap as I expected but the view helped. The bed was the softest bed I laid in in my life for some strange reason. To not be in a high end it wasn’t bad. Almost like spending the night a grandmas. Comfy with the basics. High end and low end mix of people but everyone stays to themselves so it’s good. Go for it.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We were traveling across the county so I called Wyndham to make a reservation off of I90. I felt like I would get a hotel up to Wyndham standards. It was disgusting. There was not furniture in the lobby. The two people behind the desk had their own conversation going and I felt like I was interrupting to check in at midnight. Check in took about 15 min. Got to our room and no lights worked because non of them were plugged in. The nightstand was not in place and was by the window which was open. It was only 14 degrees out, why is the window open? The walls were stucco and painted dark blue and Burgundy, I think- it was dark. The beds were half way made. Went back down to the front desk and they gave us another room which was made up but could have used a better cleaning. The pillows had some kind of plastic cover and were awful . We slept in our cloths and left wicked early in the morning. The smell in the halls was disgusting. The breakfast was also disgusting. I will definitely not stay at a Wyndham property again if these standards are acceptable by them. I have a few free nights which I will use wisely. Sorry Wyndham, I trusted you. Never again.
