Casey is the best! We had an issue with our room and Casey pulled out all the stops to remedy the situation. In the end we had an awesome stay—comfortable beds, excellent coffee, quiet…we even walked to Trader Joe’s right across the parking lot. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Outstanding! Stayed here on two separate nights and was happy both times. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had quite a spread with many selections. Mondays through Wednesdays they are serving dinner. And I mean dinner, not snacks. Pot roast, turkey, mashed potatoes, plus complimentary beer and wine. Indoor pool and jacuzzi, airport shuttle. The property is a short walk to a mall, starting with Macy’s.

Had the opportunity to stay here on business. The staff was exceptional! Night and Day shift extremely pleasant. Breakfast a nice variety "Turkey bacon" I was suprised! My room was clean, everything was great! Would def be staying here and recommending these Suites again. I Could NOT have been more pleased!

The accommodations are as they present online, but for me it was the STAFF that had made this our GO TO spot in Albany, NY. The front desk clerk Casey is always absolutely wonderful! She really makes you feel like we are old friends and goes absolutely out of her way to accommodate! Another honorable mention is the new cook SAMMY! This last time we were here we had the pleasure of meeting him and tasting his delicious HOME COOKING! If you are looking for a beautiful and conveniently located hotel in Albany this is the place to be! If you are looking for a hotel that SHOWS they care about your experience then Staybridge Albany IS the only hotel I can recommend in Albany that truly has it all! See for yourself.
